Air Pallet Transporters are an ideal alternative to our regular platform and fabricated steel transporters when the loads do not overhang the transporter base. Transporter sizes are available in widths as low as 915mm, and can easily be customised to suit your specific load requirements.

Air Transporters are equipped with a push handle assembly at the rear which allows the operator tighter control of the transporter's operational settings. The push handle assembly houses twin handlebar grips, 'dead man's lever' for safe operating, main air inlet from shop compressed air supply, and air balancing valves to ensure that all the air bearings receive the correct amount of air in relation to weight of the load and the condition of the floor on which the transporter is operating. Assembly is a breeze and connecting the air hoses to the transporter base is a very simple operation using the colour coded air line hoses.

Transporters are constructed from aluminium extrusion which is light weight and durable, and also very low profile, usually 50mm in height They are ormi-directional which allows the operator to position the load very precisely, especially in confined areas where space is tight.

Transporters are available in load capacities from 250 kgs up to 20 tonnes and beyond. For capacities above 10 tonnes we recommend fitting an integral drive wheel which ensures the load's stability, and the safety of the operator and any colleagues.

Transporters can be supplied with standard or heavy duty W type air bearings. For applications were a load needs to be raised prior to floating then the 'B' type air bearing can be supplied.
